Business Development Manager

- Our growing company is in need of an experienced and resourceful Business Development Manager to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We're searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations. First and foremost, we're looking for a leader who understands how to leverage real data and capitalize on business trends and opportunities.

- We are looking for managers who are customer-obsessed and ready to solve the changing needs of our clients. Candidates should have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage a diverse team in an evolving industry landscape.

Job Responsibilities :

- Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership solutions.

- Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy.

- Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners.

- Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.

- Develop and maintain relationship with new and existing partners.

- Monitor channel partners, market, and competitor activities and provide feedback to the organization.

- Work closely with channel sales executives, leading the day-to-day channel sales activities.

- Meet and exceed sales target by volumes, revenue, territory penetration, market share, profitability and growth.

- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth.

- Responsible for finding, qualifying, signing and nurturing relationships with partners, within an assigned territory.

- Healthy pipeline generation with the channel partners.

- Effectively maintain and keep current channel partner information and sales opportunities.

- An extensive network of relationships with key execs and sales.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Preference Female Candidates only

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.

- An excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with customers and business associates.

- Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients.

- Written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills.

- IT skills, including the use of spreadsheets.

- Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work.

- Decision-making skills.

- The ability to multitask and prioritise your workload.

- Project management and organisational skills.

- A flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

- Initiative and the confidence to start things from scratch.

- Experience in demand generation, channel sales.

- Experience in running go-to-market campaigns.

- Strong communication skills (Both written and verbal)
