2. Client Acquisition :

- Identify and approach potential clients, including jewelry retailers, wholesalers, and distributors, to establish new business relationships.

- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.

3. Relationship Building :

- Cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners in the USA.

- Work closely with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and provide customized solutions.

4. Product Knowledge :

- Stay updated on the latest jewelry trends, industry standards, and competitor offerings.

- Effectively communicate the unique selling points and value propositions of our products to potential clients.

5. Collaboration :

- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless communication and delivery of products.

- Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted promotional materials and campaigns.

6. Negotiation and Contracting :

- Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.

- Draft and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

7. Reporting :

- Provide regular reports on market trends, sales performance, and client feedback.

- Work with the management team to develop strategies based on market insights and performance metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the jewelry industry and within the USA market.

- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
