Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Campaign Manager with a strong background in technical content writing, particularly within the SAAS (Software as a Service) industry. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and informative content to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand awareness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Content Creation : Develop engaging and technically accurate content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, and email campaigns tailored to the SAAS industry.

- Campaign Strategy : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging your expertise in technical content to drive engagement and conversion.

- Content Optimization : Conduct thorough research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to optimize content for maximum impact and relevance.

- Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze the performance of content across various channels, utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

- Brand Voice Maintenance : Ensure consistency and adherence to brand voice and messaging guidelines across all content assets, maintaining a cohesive brand identity.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, informing content strategy and refining messaging to resonate with target audiences.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- 2-3 years of experience in technical content writing, preferably within the SAAS industry.

- Proven track record of creating high-quality content that drives engagement and supports marketing objectives.

- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
