Cyber Media - Telecaller (0-1 yrs)
A tele caller must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. Some of their duties include:
- Answering customer questions.
- Offering solutions.
- Giving information about event/products.
- Networking.
- Following up with attendees prior to and post the event.
- Sending out mailers/messages to acquire attendees.
- Following up with customers who have shown interest in a product or service, sending emails or scheduling appointments, and nurturing leads until they are ready to make a purchase.
- Collaborating with the sales team, marketing team, and other departments to develop strategies for improving customer engagement, increasing sales, and enhancing the customer experience.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, product features, and competitor offerings, and using this knowledge to improve sales pitch and customer interactions.
