What You Will Be Doing :

- Collaborate with HQ Sales Commission team for smooth processes

- Analyze market trends, forecast and set monthly/annual targets

- Business Strategy - Formulate business plans and pricing strategies

- Monitor, assess and evaluate sales performance, market share, and achievement of the set target

- Work on special projects, such as process improvement, process documentation, benchmarking, etc.

- Seek opportunities for process improvements through automation or integration of systems

- Develops and documents procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

- Design and produce standard and ad hoc reports for use in management decision making

What You Will Need for this Position :

- Undergrad. degree with 8-12 years of sales commission experience

- Experience working on global Sales Commission and having knowledge of various regulatory requirements

- Must be able to support the 3rd shift to align with the team based at our headquarters U.S.

- Must be proficient with large data sets and Microsoft Excel, Flowcharts, and ad hoc report writing tools

- Collaborative team player who can effectively interact with multiple working styles across all levels

- Capable of maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

- Excellent project management and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously

- International travel may be required
