0 to 3 yrs of experience as Customer Care or Telesales / Telemarketing in Telecom / ISP mandatory
Male mandatory
Fluent English skills - Ability to Speak, Read & Write
Good Kannada skills - Ability to Speak
Job Description
- Experience into CATV / DTH Operation
- Experience in handling customer Queries & Tech Process
- Knowledge in Onboarding Experience
- Excellent Communication Required
- Flexible to Shifts - 8 AM to 4 PM / General / 12 PM to 9 PM
- Preferred background experience into - DTH - Videocon, Dish TV, Sun Direct, SCV & Airtel DTH
- Sound knowledge of Excel is the mandate
