Customer Support Specialist (2-4 yrs)

- You have 2-3 years of experience within the customer service industry.

- Attend to any client queries that come via chat, email or phone
- Collaborate with our Customer Success team to provide our valuable clients top notch quality service.
- Follow the ticketing system process and meet the required SLA.
- Understand the product and provide training sessions internally and externally.
- Problem solving and logical reasoning.
- Escalate tickets to the concerned team with diligent follow-up's.
- Maintain written notes and account details within the CRM.
- Be the front face to service any requests / issues from the clients.
