Customer Support Role - Web & Chat Process - BPO (2-3 yrs)
Eligibility :
- Graduates with minimum 6 months BPO experience in voice.
- +2 with minimum 1 year domestic/International BPO experience in voice
- Minimum 1Yr exp in Web chat (Mandatory)
Process :
- Customer Support (chat)
- Provide chat, email support to resolve user queries with proactive troubleshooting
- Follow pre-defined SOPs & policies. Should have experience of using chat tools.
- Work & communicate with cross-functional teams.
- Apply ASAP as we are conducting walk-in Interviews
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Excellent Communication skills in English for voice process
- Salary Offered + night shift + outstation Allowance
