- Excellent Communication - Written and Verbal
- Ability to learn quickly
- Excellent knowledge of English vocabulary with no trace of MTI
- Can handle irate people well
- Basic computer knowledge - Microsoft Office, Outlook
- Good typing skills
- Can work with minimal supervision

Roles & Responsibility :
- Willing to work in night shift - US process
- Schedule appointments for patients
- Service Feedback calls to patients
- Will be working on semi voice process and dealing with patients- medical records and medical history
- Candidates should have excellent analyzing skills and able to multi-task
