Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Voice - Domestic. This role involves providing assistance to our domestic customers over the phone, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from domestic customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests.
- Provide accurate and timely assistance while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Follow company policies and procedures in handling customer inquiries and complaints.
- Meet and exceed performance targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO environment is required.
- UG/Graduate/Fresher/Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
