Customer Support Role - SaaS Product (1-4 yrs)
IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY
LANGUAGES : ENGLISH, HINDI, MARATHI OR GUJARATI
Activities :
1. Sales & Support : Anchor all inbound calls as well as make outbound calls to missed calls - Number eventually to be reduced through chatbot support.
2. Enter all leads (from call and from emails) at hubspot CRM
3. Sales and Support : Manage communication on company mail id.
4. Manage all support requests
5. Liaise with all functions with Notesgen to ensure closure of customer & seller tickets as per SLA (P1 - 6 hours; P2 - 1 day; P3 - 1 week) - To be eventually streamlined with ticketing system
6. Make feedback calls to SaaS customers
7. Feedback calls to key sellers
8. Resurrection call to App uninstall and D-90 inactive customers
