Customer Support Role - Outbound Vertical (2-6 yrs)
General Duties:
1. To inform Customer about new products and services.
2. To listen to objections and handle them effectively.
3. To enter the details of every interaction in the system.
4. To follow-up with the customers as required.
5. To resolve the customer's complaint.
6. Try and Meet the purpose of the call.
Basic Qualifications:
1. Good communication skills. Prior experience in start-ups would be a plus
2. Communicating in Telugu is mandatory ( Tamil and Hindi added advantage )
3. Quick decision-maker
4. Clear thought process & Excellent Interpersonal Skills
