- Backend Email support
- Any Graduation (can consider BE/Btech)
- 24/7 Support
- 15 years Education is mandatory (10+2 regular & degree can be distance education)

- Good Communication Skills, Good typing speed
- Will have Typing Test, Grammar Test, Operations & Client round
