Customer Support Role - Non Voice Process (1-5 yrs)
Nuance - [Males & Females both] - Salary - CTC - 41800/- (Monthly)
- Excellent Written Skills & Good Communication Skills. (Mandatory).
- This is a very important process for handling customer issues through emails and chat support.
- Email support in Non-Voice Process: Email support involves processing a number of information sought through emails and to send a suitable reply
- Chat support in a Non-voice process: Compare to email support process, the chat support process is much tougher as it requires spontaneity on the part of customer executive. The executive of call center services may be needed to answer
- Minimum 1 Year experience in Non-Voice process.(Mandatory). (6 months experience can be considered if excellent in written & oral)
- Graduates / Undergraduate's both can apply only .
- 5 Days working, No Cab no Meals.
- Candidate should be nearby location only or able to relocate nearby.(Night shift no cab)
