Customer Support Role - IT (0-3 yrs)

- Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot issues related to training materials or customer understanding of the product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that training materials and methods align with product development and customer support efforts.
- Focus on improving customer satisfaction and product adoption by ensuring customers are well-prepared to use the product effectively.
