Customer Support Role - International Voice Process - Telecom (0-3 yrs)
Excellent Opportunity for graduates looking for international voice process (telecom support) job with top MNC in Bangalore and Mumbai
Process - International Voice (Support), UK Shift, 2 weekly offs
Salary Offered - 3 to 5.4 LPA
Mode of Work - WFO
Location - Bangalore (Mahadevapura) and Mumbai (Airoli)
Shift Timing - 12 PM onwards to 12 AM window, but 9 hours working, including weekends. 2 Weekday offs will be provided which would be rotational.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site International Voice Process role located in Bengaluru and Mumbai. The employee will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting performance metrics.
- Call Handling from Customers and resolving the issues.
- Supporting the Query and do the needful.
- Reporting to the team lead.
- Proactive work to be done.
Qualifications
Education Background- Any Graduation
Experience - 0 to 3 Years (Any BPO or Recruitment experience)

- Proven work experience in an international contact center environment (preferably International) in making/receiving calls.
- Should have neutral accent
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Agile and flexible with work schedule.
- Logical and analytical thought process.
- Willing to work in any UK shift
- Willing to work in rotational shifts and rotations week off as and when required
