Customer Support Role - International Voice Process - Telecom (0-1 yrs)

Responsibilities :
Customer Support :
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
Communication :
- Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring clarity and understanding of information.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and updates on customer interactions.
Problem Resolution :
- Identify and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Work towards achieving first-contact resolution whenever possible.
Adaptability :
- Adapt to changes in processes, policies, and products to meet evolving customer needs.
- Continuously improve knowledge and skills through training and development programs.
Team Collaboration :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
