Location : Chennai (On-site)

- 9.5 hours working hours/day.

- 5 days working

- Shift and working days Flexible.

- Rotational Week-off

Responsibilities :

Customer Support :

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.

Communication :

- Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring clarity and understanding of information.

- Collaborate with team members to share insights and updates on customer interactions.

Problem Resolution :

- Identify and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.

- Work towards achieving first-contact resolution whenever possible.

Adaptability :

- Adapt to changes in processes, policies, and products to meet evolving customer needs.

- Continuously improve knowledge and skills through training and development programs.

Team Collaboration :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer issues and improve overall service delivery.

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team culture.

Flexibility and Shifts :

- Embrace flexible working hours and shifts to accommodate the needs of the business and provide support across various time zones.

Quality Assurance :

- Adhere to quality assurance standards to ensure consistent and high-quality customer interactions.

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives as needed.

Continuous Improvement :

- Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
