We have opening for voice and non voice process with Fluent English and Mail Composing knowledge.
salary package 20k to 35k with two way cab facility
location: electronic city
5 days working 2 days rotational week off
- Have daily interactions with customers and handle all issues from end to end via call.
- Managing customer expectations regarding estimated response times.
- The ability to self starter a sense of urgency and the ability to remain calm
- Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence
