Job Description:

- Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills

- Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.

- Responsible for dealing with International Clients

- Candidate should have 1 to 4 year of experience in Customer Support Voice Process.

- Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills

- Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.

- Should be open to work in Night shifts.

- Responsible for dealing with International Clients

- Responsible for dealing with Clients Queries

- Minimum of two years of customer interaction or customer support experience strongly preferred, either by phone or face to face

- Previous experience mentoring peers or leading a project strongly preferred

- Must be willing to work in an environment that requires some amount of phone-based customer interaction

- Proficiency with expert computer functions including MS Office suite strongly preferred
