Process : Inbound tech support
Role :
- Attending inbound calls from US customers regarding issues for windows, mac, email, pop up calls.
- Troubleshooting the issue and selling the relevant plan.
criteria:
- Experience in international bpo tech support is must
- Must know to close calls
- Willing to work in night shift
Sal upto- 25K + incentives
Fixed sal on 1st of every month
40 paid leaves + B'day leave
