Customer Support Role - Healthcare (1-20 yrs)

- Salary to be offered : 16000 to 21000 pm
- Have Experience in Calling Profile or Customer Support Executive.
- Resolving the queries of the patients.
- Handle Inbound calls and emails.
- Handle Customer queries & complaint
- Good to communicate through email
- Maintaining MIS report in excel
- Strong communication & written English.
- Confident & Self-controlled candidate
- Good Typing Speed.
- Should have good knowledge of Advanced Excel (V-lookup, H-lookup, Pivot table)
