We are Hiring for Leading Bank for Broking Email Process (Need Candidates from Equity Broking/securities firms only)
Essentials :
Need candidates from equity broking/securities firms only!
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in email process is a must
Email Process - Email queries and Email escalations.
Job Responsibilities :
1. To attract potential customers by answering product and service questions over email.
2. To suggest information about other products and services.
3. To Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Broking industry experience in email process of 6 months to 1 yr is a must
CTC - from 2.5 lpa to 4 LPA + Incentives
Bank Payroll
Education - Graduation
Working Days - Monday - Saturday
Week off- Sunday is Fixed
Shift Timings - Any 9 hours shift between 8AM to 6PM.
