Role Summary:

- Selected candidates will be performing the role of Seller/Partner Support Associate for the client. This includes addressing queries/concerns, errors, exceptions, and alarms of Client Partners over E-mail (preferred) and occasionally over a phone call

- Act as a primary solution provider to Client w.r.t order processing, item setup issues, troubleshooting, and monitoring of item feeds

- In addition to providing a remarkable customer experience, Associate is expected to address system issues, identify and implement process improvements, develop internal

CTC - 3.06 Lacs

Shift - Night shift

Work from home

Interview process- Video Round with HR & MANAGER.

Mandate Requirement:

Exp: 0.6 to 4 years

Process : Voice and/or email support

Qualification: Minimum Graduates(Tech background preferred)

- Excellent Communication

- Should have eCommerce/Online shopping knowledge

- Looking for an Immediate joiner

- Candidate should be comfortable working in Night shift
