Job Description :
- Provide knowledge on products & services to the customers
- Handle Inbound calls and emails.
- Handle Customer queries & complaints
- Develop strong customer relationship
- Constant follow ups with the customers whenever required
Required Skills :
- Excellent communication skills
- Past experience in Email Process, voice process
- Candidate should be well versed with English language
- Good reading, writing & verbal skills required
Experience :- 2 to 5 years,
Desired qualification : - HSC / Graduate

CTC:- 20000 to 25000/-
