Job Description : Flipkart

- Customer support process

- PAN India WFH completely

- Minimum Education : Graduate only

- Experience : 1 year mandatory

- Languages known : English and Hindi

- Salary : 25000/month CTC (18.2 take home)

- Day shift, 6 days work, rotational off

- Should have own laptop and WiFi connection

- Laptop configuration : 4 GB RAM, i3 Processor, Windows 10

- Rounds of interview: HR, Versant, Client round, Operations round

Responsibilities :

- Answer inbound/outbound calls professionally and provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and obtain details of complaints

- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms, and applications

- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests

- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
