- Position Overview:-

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Customer Support team as Customer Support Representatives for our Voice Process. As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a pivotal role in addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities :

1. - Provide Exceptional Customer Service : Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner via inbound and outbound calls to address their queries, concerns, and feedback.

2. Resolve Customer Issues : Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer issues regarding orders, payments, product inquiries, delivery status, and any other concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.

3. - Ensure Customer Satisfaction : Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been adequately addressed and provide assistance as required to ensure their satisfaction with Flipkart's services.

4. - Handle Escalations : Handle escalated customer concerns promptly and effectively, collaborating with relevant departments to provide timely resolutions and maintain customer loyalty.

5. - Maintain Documentation : Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system to facilitate smooth communication and provide insights for process improvement.

6. - Upsell and Cross-sell : Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services to customers and effectively communicate relevant offers to enhance their shopping experience.

7. - Adhere to Policies and Procedures : Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines while addressing customer inquiries and maintaining confidentiality of customer information.

Requirements :

1. Excellent Communication Skills:- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and proficiency in any regional language will be an added advantage.

2. Customer-Centric Approach:- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping people and resolving their concerns effectively.

3. Problem-Solving Abilities:- Ability to think analytically, identify issues, and implement effective solutions while maintaining a positive attitude.

4. Team Player:- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to achieve common goals.

5. Adaptability:- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, work schedules, and processes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

6. Computer Proficiency:- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or customer support tools will be advantageous.

7. Prior Experience:- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or retail industry will be preferred but not mandatory.
