English and Hindi Voice process
Shift : Flexible to work in any shift between 9 am to 9 pm.
Salary : Experienced: 23,000 CTC (18,200 take home)
Freshers : 20,000 CTC (15,000 take home)
Cab facility : No
No. of working days : 6, 1 day week off. ( Rotational)
Requirements :
- English and Hindi Communication (Both are mandatory)
- Any Degree
- Freshers or 1 year experience in any bpo/ any domain with proper documents.
- Located in Bangalore
Age criteria : 35 below
Responsibilities :
- Customer issues handled
- Taking new orders
- Inbound English and Hindi voice process.
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
