Customer Support Role - BPO (1-7 yrs)
Job Description:
We seek a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working in an international BPO environment and be able to work during US business hours. This is a full-time, in-office position with a work schedule of 5 days per week and a split week off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints
- Educate customers on company products and services
- Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department or management as needed
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience working in an international BPO environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work during US business hours
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
Working condition :
- Full-time in-office position with a work schedule of 5 days per week
- Split week off
