Job Description :
- Identifying, Handling Customer queries as per Bank on call/ chat or mail
- Documenting/Recording transactions
- Understanding multiple products and process
Skills required :
- Strong interpersonal, problem solving skills and verbal & Written communication skills(Hindi & English)
- Strong computer knowledge and technical skills
