Job opportunity with one of the Big 4 for Customer Support Roles
Location:- Gurgaon (Only local candidates)
Candidates should possess:
Currently require resources with proficiency in Tamil, Kannada or Malayalam languages (can read write and speak at least one of the above mentioned languages along with proficiency in English).
Good hold on English language is mandatory (read, write and speak).
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream
- Have 0-3 years of experience in customer support roles
- Preferably from client/customer facing service-line, involved in addressing and resolving client/customer issues
- Good communication skills, ability to probe the person to extract the required information
- Good documentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Stability in past employments
- Maturity in dealing with people
