Requirements :

- Graduate /undergraduates

- Good in English and Hind communication [written and oral]

- Good in MS -Excel

- Having Computer Technical knowledge will be added advantage.

- Customer support/ Call handling experience will be added advantage.

Responsibilities :

- Interact with customers via various channels (phone, email, chat) to offer help and solutions.

- Resolve concerns efficiently, ensuring satisfaction or escalating when necessary.

- Develop expertise in products/services to provide accurate information.

- Document interactions and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

- Collaborate across teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
