Customer Support Role (1-2 yrs)
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Strong ability to express ideas clearly and persuasively
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain products/services and address customer queries
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and leads
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or sales (preferred but not mandatory)
