Customer Support Role (0-1 yrs)
- Job Description: Customer Service Representative-
- Eligibility:-
- Educational Qualification: 12th Pass (Freshers Eligible)
- Language Skills: English, Hindi, and Marathi proficiency required
- Age: 18 to 28 years
Key Responsibilities :
2. Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and efficiently.
3. Maintain a professional and courteous manner when interacting with customers.
- Salary and Benefits:-
- Salary: INR 17,400 CTC (INR 13,600 In Hand after deductions)
- Overtime: Additional compensation of Rs. 150/- per hour
- Both male and female candidates are eligible.
- Work Shifts:-
- For Male: Between 6 am to 11 pm (9 hours working)
- For Female: Between 6 am to 6 pm (9 hours working)
