The Job

Executive - CSR

Your Responsibilities will include:

- Familiarize yourself with all services offered by our company

- Onboarding new clients through direct contact by cold calling method and /or attending calls from prospective leads

- Explain the services of the company and the benefits of collaboration

- Provide appropriate quotes to the prospective client to finalize the negotiation

- Complete the client onboarding documentation and handover the client to the next team in the process

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

- 1- 2 years of experience

 - Relevant experience in a customer contacting role with the ability to negotiate terms and conditions

- Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)

- The job role requires working in US Shifts (6 pm to 4 am - Mon-Sat)

- Strong Work Ethics

- Good Listening Skills

- Excellent Interpersonal skills

- Strong prioritization skills and works with a sense of urgency, ability to know how to operate with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced and changing environment

- Ability to Multitask
