Customer Support Representative (0-1 yrs)
1) Voice process outbound tele calling
2) CSR is expected to call the banking customers and explain the process and help them to complete the online process
3) Mandatory language skills: Very fluent Hindi & English with preferred any local language as Guajarati, Bengali, Odisha, Tamil, Telugu or Kannada
4) Should have a pleasant voice and good communication skills.
5) Basic computer operating knowledge is required.
Qualification : PUC/degree dropouts. Experienced candidates can be referred even if they doesn't have PUC.
Salary :
- Freshers or : 17.5 gross(13.5k take home)
- Experience : 18k experience max.
- Don't refer 18k plus candidate.
- Both gender can be referred.
- Age limit - max 35.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (mandatory).
- Work days - Monday to Saturday (10am to 7pm, 1hr - break),(Day shift).
