Customer Support & Relationship Manager - Pharma (0-1 yrs)
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
- Proactively identify and qualify potential leads for our premium customer segment.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Utilize various channels, including targeted outreach, networking events, and strategic partnerships, to generate high-quality leads.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with premium customers.
- Understand the unique needs and requirements of premium customers and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Act as the key point of contact for premium customers, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
3. Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure the satisfaction of premium customers through proactive communication and personalized support.
- Work closely with premium customers to anticipate their needs and provide solutions that exceed expectations.
- Seek feedback from premium customers and use it to continuously improve our services.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies for premium customer acquisition and retention.
- Provide insights and feedback from premium customer interactions to contribute to product/service enhancements.
