Customer Support/Inbound Sales Role - Telecommunications (0-4 yrs)

The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Handling inbound calls, chats and emails in a professional manner.
- Pitching customers for sales
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- You have at least 6 months of experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Telecommunications industry.
- You must have very good English and Hindi communication skills.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
