- Handling customer care helpline for any queries etc.
- Revert on Emails inquiries for trial shipping tracking etc
- Customer Service
- Answering emails and calls
- MIS & Database Management
- Order tracking for foreign customers & Indian Clients
Desired Candidate Profile :
