Customer Support Coordinator (0-2 yrs)

1. Handling interacting coordinating all Local/out-location technical team,customers etc

2. Handling all the Contract employees of their respective sites so that the complete site is working smoothly under CAMC.

3. searching for the Vendors from the out location for any technical issues to be resolved locally on adhoc basis


- Eg: Cameras,NAS, Switches, servers, UPS, Storage, and workstation and all respective OEMs

4. Maintaining all the expenses of the CAMC/AMC from the local and outside locations of each and every expenses

5. Handling and explaining to the customers about the major issues which are unable to resolve will take time and some apologies and surety should be given to the customers above the issue resolution.

6 . Negotiating the pricing with the vendors and making sure the issue is resolved and doing the payment accordingly if it is worth it.

7. Handling the ticketing system in Zoho

8 . Taking care/ responsibility of the internal and out location contract engineers, fulfill their basic requirements by understanding their needs.

Eg, Gate passes. SPP documents, yearly increment appraisal needs.

9. Procuring the CAMC/ AMC required materials by negotiating the pricing with the local vendors including local and outlocations.
