Customer Success Specialist - IT Services (4-8 yrs)
You will be responsible for :
- Managing an existing portfolio of 50+ medium to big ticket clients to drive adoption and retention.
- Thoroughly understanding our offerings and driving revenue from up-selling.
- Working on building client awareness and earning goodwill.
- Identifying opportunities across the customer lifecycle to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Acting as our post-sales champion and ensuring a smooth customer journey at all times.
The Profile :
- You have at least 4 years experience within a Customer Success role, ideally within the IT Services industry.
- You have a good understanding of digital transformation solutions available in the market, along with a sound knowledge of new-age technologies being deployed to achieve these transformation objectives.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- A solid business acumen and critical thinking ability along with an ability to present solutions relevant to client issues is required.
- You are comfortable working on multiple tasks and can prioritise work to deliver quality results.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets would be a plus.
