Customer Success Specialist - BFS (1-3 yrs)
What you will do :
- Ensure customer success using the company's product
- Fast track new accounts to #SaaS usage
- Improve Customer Retention
- Lead ongoing customer engagement
- Respond to customer calls, emails and chat for issue resolution with defined TATs
- Conduct Product Demos online from Office via video conference.
- Answer client queries and help clients understand the platform better
- Become the product expert and be the go-to person for product queries.
What you need to succeed :
- 1+ years of experience in customer support/ engagement roles where product usage was the focus
- Proven commitment to quality of work and client service.
- Solution-based thinker.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, time management and communication skills.
- Strong Customer Empathy and Business Orientation
- Experience with SaaS applications
- Professional presentation and conduct.
- Ability to grasp technology
- Must be articulate, organized, and detail-oriented
- Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
