Customer Success Superstar

We are looking for a superstar customer success specialist to join our fast-growing team. This person is overly communicative and an overachiever who is passionate about helping beauty and wellness centers grow their businesses. This is an high impact role, tremendous opportunity for growth.

About the company

We are an early-stage SaaS company based in Bangalore, India. We are building a first-of-its-kind tool to help beauty and wellness centers with their growth. We are on a mission to transform the business process of beauty and wellness centers throughout the world! We aim to grow 5-10X by next year.

What you will do

- You will be directly responsible for product adoption, customer retention and growth

- Very quick to respond to customer queries and resolve it to their satisfaction

- You will cross sell and upsell services

- You will own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention - Communicate effectively with both internal and external leaders to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings

- Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them

- Review the customer journey, identifying how it's supported, taking a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goals

- Meet CSAT KPIs

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and progress

- Actively collect feedback

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree

- Minimum 6 months prior work experience

- Fluent in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language

- Proficiency in using MS Office and any CRM

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
