Our client is a software company that is helping companies simplify their purchasing & invoicing process. The system is used by companies across the world and has successfully reduced annual expenses. As they continue to introduce new features, they are looking for motivated individuals to join them!
The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Increasing product adoption and guiding customers on best practices to get the best value out of the system
- Providing prompt responses to reported issues and collaborating with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Working with engineering to review product issues and provide feedback.
- Providing support via chat and email to customers.
The Profile :
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a customer support role for software products.
- Experience with SaaS products is strongly preferred.
- You have experience with supporting US-based clients.
- Fluency in English is required to communicate with international clients
- You possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You are willing to work in US hours (Eastern time zone).
