Customer Success Role - Textile/Retail (0-2 yrs)

Purpose : Serve as a single point of contact for all B2C and B2B customers with an objective to resolve queries and cross sell/up sell brand.

Responsibilities :

- B2C customers

- Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries via multiple channels, including email, phone, and live chat. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.

- Proactively check on pending orders and share update such as order discrepancies, shipping delays, product defects, and billing inquiries, by collaborating with internal teams.

- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings, including sizing, materials, and care instructions, to effectively assist customers and help with upsell/cross of products.

- Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team members to ensure timely resolution.

B2B Customers :

- Working with the marketing and content team to create customized and impactful communication and pitch deck to target B2B customers.

- Making outbound calls and reach outs to existing or potential customer and educating them on products and services that are available

- Identifying and fulfilling customer needs, building relationship to achieve satisfaction

- Following up on warm leads

- Up-selling and cross-selling products to existing customers

- Proactively and effectively responding to customer queries
