About Role :
- Manage and update customer related data- Calling US clients/customers, engaging them, understanding their queries and providing relevant solution.

- Ensuring delivery of high-quality customer experience, elevating customer satisfaction
- Handling complex issues.
- Assist in communicating with customers regarding our services through calls.
- Be 1st point of contact to US client/customers
What you will bring :
- Must have worked in US/North American operations.
- Must have American/US Accent.
- At least 4+ years of work experience in customer success
- Must have worked in US night shift and International calling.
- Hands on Experience in enhancing customer experience, elevating customer satisfaction.
- Good experience in handling escalations.
