Customer Success Role (0-1 yrs)
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, ( Candidates with strong academics, sports, or extracurricular activities, will be given preference)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi is a must, with excellent written skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, empathetic approach.
- Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations and handle irate customers professionally.
- Basic knowledge of insurance concepts and terminology (training will be provided).
- Proficiency in using computer applications Word, excel.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and offer suitable resolutions.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.
Stipend/Salary : 23,800 per month
- Year of Passing: 2023, Should be able to Join Immediately
- Should have a good command of English and Hindi speaking
