COMPANY DETAILS :

The company is focused on using a data driven approach to make corporate travel more efficient - both on cost & convenience. Their platform will help companies incentivize their employees to save on travel cost, thus helping in reducing overall spend of the company.

In addition, the platform will offer end-to-end travel and expense management solution for the company & its employees, covering personalized itinerary planning, booking, automated expense filing, spend analytics and improvement insights.

A snapshot of Customer Success Role :

What we are looking for, is someone who can literally be a part of the Founders team . Hence would need to have the following qualities :

- Should be very strong analytically (this role will require them to look at many operational & strategic problems, and build a data-backed answer)

- Be very good at building and managing relationships (since we expect the individual to do a lot of customer facing tasks)

- Should be comfortable with evolving assignments (this role will be very project based, and assignments may change every 3-6 months)

- Strong communication (ability to express their thoughts clearly & in a structured way, even if not in English)

From a profile perspective, an ideal candidate would be someone with :

- Analytics heavy UG / PG degree (e.g., B.E., B.Sc., BBA)

- 1-2 quality experience in people / customer facing roles

- Keen interest in the start-up driven Technology economy

- Proficiency in an Analytics software package is a plus

Experience : 2-3 Years

Ideal Profile :

- Candidate from IIT/ BITS/ IIM/ NIT

- Can analyse data using R, SPSS, etc

- Post Sales Experience is a must

- Should have people skill - Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

- Should be good in Post sales Account Management
