Your role:
- We are amidst an aggressive expansion of our business for the US market since our most recent acquisition and are therefore looking for individuals who can catalyze our growth through scalable solutions.
- Work with merchants to understand requirements and set them up accordingly.
- Work with different internal and external teams and stakeholders to streamline merchant on-boarding.
- Understand problem statements from merchants and provide effective solutions.
- Identify areas for process improvement or gaps in existing documentation and share learnings with the team.
- Verify catalogues, interact with aggregators, POS and other 3rd party vendors to get the merchant setup on our platform.
- Working with Product Managers on product roadmaps, feature/bug testing and feature prioritization.
