- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Follow communication - scripts- when handling customer's calls.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Keep records of all conversations.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Fresher's are also welcome.
- Specific skills: Excellent communication skills in English Language.
- Timing : FIXED NIGHT SHIFT (8 hours working + 1 hour break).
- Male Female Both Can Apply.
- Fixed Saturday & Sunday Weekoff.

Salary : 12,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
