Job Description :

- Manage and work upon individual Collection portfolio

- Corporate Collection background required.

- Proficiency in spoken and written English

- Good communication skills, with the ability to directly interface with external Customers as well as internal departments.

- Customer contact: 50% voice and 50% email communication with the customer required.

- Required to work closely with Sales & Order management team to resolve customer queries.

Desired Qualifications:

- Any Graduate. Requires a minimum of 2-4 years- experience.

- Requires previous experience of working on an ERP platform (preferable Oracle/Siebel Order Management)

- Excellent verbal/written Communication Skills

- Good Analytical Skills to understand customers- requirements and translate into Order Requirements

- Customer Service skills

- Strong Knowledge of MS Excel and other Office Basic escalation management skills

- Ability to work in a stressful environment Result oriented individual with Strong desire to make contribution to the Business.

- Good Team Player as the Job requires working closely with other team members.

- Having a Good Problem Solving approach and ability to think independently towards Improvement of the Processes working on.

Shifts/ Transportation -

Night Shift (Timing : 9:00 PM - 5.30 AM) + Free Pick up & drop
